先把水皮材料进机器打成拉膜状态即可取出休面备用。

先把油皮材料搓均匀,备用。

将卷好的酥皮放在水皮上面一起擀开,包入馅料30g,搓成圆形。

在面团中间压出一个小洞,摆入叶子面团。

涂上颜色,进烤箱160度烤23分钟。即可。

叶子和苹果蒂做法:取少许水皮分别加入青色色素和巧克力粉,搓均匀。再用刮刀压出青色叶子形状。巧克力面团搓出苹果蒂。
